broga hills

already back to bintulu...after having a short holiday at my hometown..just want to share percutian yg agak gempak kat broga n water chilling...friday, 25th of june..at 06:30 am..bertolak dari shah alam to broga, semenyih...dah la betolak pagi2 buta..mengantok gile dlm kete..sambil2 on d way, siap brkfst berger sausage mcmuffin mcd (tapow kat sec 3) 2 ketul!!

it took ~45 mins to arrive there...klua2 kete pakai kasut jogging siap2..tmpt tu cam ladang sawit yg dah dikomersial kan jadi tmpt pelancongan..sepatutnya parking kene byr RM2.00, tapi sbb dtg weekday, so it's free..mula2 jalan dia nampak cam rata..pastu bermula la trail yg mencabar..kejap2 kang ade je akar2 kayu nak kene redah... sib baik tuan punya tanah buat tmpt pijak cam tangga (i guest, if not sape plak yg rajin buat mende tu?)..kurang skit la energy nak kene kerah..

from parking area to the first checkpoint (i call here checkpoint sbb kitorang rehat jap kat cni..lelah plak) cam 250 meter..kat cni dah bole tgk panorama pagi yang sgt superb..bayangkan la tgh sejuk pagi plus kabus lalu2 kat muka..pergh...siap begambar byk2 kat situ..view dia gile la..mmg gempak... actually i did take pictures using my cybershot, tp camera tu jatuh dlm sungai plak (kat kuala kubu lepas aktiviti ni)..aduhh..alternative?ada...camera member aku..gempak sebenanye gambar dlm camera ni..

after having a short break, we poceed the hiking to the second checkpoint (again, it's really a checkpoint)...aduh makk..kat cni pon bole tahan view dia..serius cantik gile..Subhannallah..tp view at d ground a bit spoil la..ada kilang n kawasan perumahan...kalo tmpt2 tu semua hutan or tanah lapang..sure lagi cool...

the next peak mmg awesome...kat sini la semua mende leh nampk clear..sejuk..hijau..kabus...ada rama2 la..burung la..bunyi cengkerik la..waduh2....duduk sorang pun leh khayal...lama jugak la kitorang kat situ..malas nak pegi the last point (the highest) sbb too exhausted..hahaha..almaklula..tetibe pagi2 kene panjat bukit!!!kaki pun leh krem..haha..total distance from parking to our last stop ~400 meters...tp BERBALOI naik tinggi2 sbb end result dia sgt2 menyamaikan..haha..

great dinner at kerisek

mlm semalam kitorang pergi restoran kawan kitorang - kerisek..it was opened last monday tp xsempat pergi awal sbb sibuk (haha..cuti pun leh bz)..anyway..mula2 agak susah la nak carik kedai kerisek tu sbb it's located at bandar baru bangi - area i not familiar sgt..bagus jugak bertolak lambat at 10.00pm sbb perut pun dah lapar...customer kat kedai tu pun dah kurang, so leh la enjoy the meals n ambient..

Kedai kerisek tu nama derived from word kerisik..nak nampak classic, tu yg jadi kerisEK..concept kedai dia cam restaurant+cafe+kopi tiam kot..??kedai mmg cantik n bersih..almaklumla..kedai baru..accessories pun sume ikea..haha...gile cool!!

style makanan dia macam2..malay, western, thai n hawaii (air buah dia..haha)..since kitorang pun dah agak lapar..so we ordered nasik putih n lauk2...macam biasa la..nasik kuah n sayur..nasik kitorang amik yg plain je...kuah plak, diorang suggest for tomyam pok teh..then kailan ikan masin, telur bungkus, sotong goreng tepung n ikan siakap goreng with sweet sour sauce..

semua lauk pauk dia mmg sedap gile especially ikan siakap n tomyam pok teh tu..memang seday wey..tempat lain pun takleh lawan recipe diorang tu..ikan siakap dia dah la fresh, isi manis, deep fried, letak kuah lagi..aduhhh..mmg 'yes' la overall!!tu blom tomyam pok teh dia yg first class tu..bygkan la dlm tomyam ada udang galah plus ikan merah ketul besar2...fuhhh...mmg habis tomyam tu kitorang bedal!!!

ingatkan nak attach gambar kalo ade..tp xingat plak nak bawak camera...lain kali if dtg sana, i will get pictures from kerisek...

night shift

sepatutnya i had to cover someone tonight..fortunately, the start-up team is not yet in the shift,so xpayah la susah2...ini pun confirmed lambat at 5.30pm tadi..kalo aku tau, baik aku bangun awal skit tadi..most of the shift staff will enjoy working on the last night of the shift..coz we know that morning will be our first off-day..macam2 la mlm tu..rasa fresh la,rejoice la,happy la..nak pulak kalo off-day time weekdays...time ni la nak buat payment, gi bank,gi bayar bill..hehe...

tapi keje shift mlm ni byk disdvantage dia (selain dr plant yg running efficiently due to night ambient temperature-ye ke?haha)..u will feel super sleepy sampai rasa nak hantuk pale kat dinding just to keep ur eyes open..plus with super cold air from the AHU, will make u feel horribly dull..kalo ada tilam n bantal,dah lama aku layan tdo!!!selain dari rasa mengantok tahap gaban, perut kita akan rasa exteremly hungry..the best remedy for this starvation issue is a bowl of hot kari megi n telor ala2 separuh masak..perghhh!!!i usually enjoy it until the last drop of the kuah kari..disadvantage makan megi pukul 2-3 pagi ni is..sakit perut..adoi la...

utk elakkan keadaan miserable on the following nights, i usually practice these tips:
1) get enough sleep - 6-8 hours
2) brkfst before sleeping - not too heavy, not too light, something like nasik lemak refah ke, mee kolok special ke, cereals ke..
3) switch on the air-condition..doesnt matter if hari hujan ke..pasang je..u will feel the glory..haha
4) kalo susah sangat nak tdo, layan muvi sampai sedar2 sebenarnya kita dah tertido dpn tv..
5) kalo dah bgn, terus bukak n listen to lite n easy (kalo kat bintulu ni carik kat astro)..our brain can easily get distress if bangun menggelabah2 ni..

I’m officially insured by Great Eastern when Tang gave me a copy of my Insurance Policy. Not really a big thing to share, but having a Life Insurance has facilitated me to achieve my personal goals before reaching the age of 30.

Dinner continued with a light discussion about insurance marketing. Tang unofficially appointed me as a sub-agent of Great Eastern (not even exist in GE), but the concept is simple. Find a highly potential person, conduct a straightforward briefing and bring the person to him for registration and purchasing. It sounds simple but require my commitment.. I told him that I will be very busy for this coming week, but by considering my small function as a sub-agent, it can be arranged accordingly..hmm..

Other than this undersized function (haha), me and my hometown friend, Wan M Azfar, are in the middle of establishing an online business. Just a simple business strategy, all we need to is to promote and sell the hot products of Sarawak to Semenanjung via website..Cool~ it will be started on the 1^st of August 2010, shifted from 1^st of July due to certain circumstances..haha..biasala awal2 nak bukak business..Hopefully this baby steps will be a kick-off to a better partnership in the future..woaaa!!

tong gas gile

gas abis pulaaaakkkkk!!!dah la time gawai ni sume xnak hantar gas..tepakse la sumbat tong bagak tu dlm kete aku..bdk2 plak lupa nak sendal tong tu...bile langgar bonggol..abis begegar kete...luckily ada kedai jual gas...xsia2 bwk tong berat tu..bila berat, xde la begegar dlm car boot aku..fuishhh..

Ive just bought a super cheap cybershot...by using rm300 FIT voucher plus rm299 cash, i considered it as a great deal!bkan pe..voucher tu will be expired by end of this month..daripada lupa nak guna, baik beli skang..

it's black,12.1 megapixels,face detection, 4x analog+digital zoom, smile detection etc etc...basically it's just a basic camera..hahaha..

my first picture was the tauke face..haha
