sepatutnya i had to cover someone tonight..fortunately, the start-up team is not yet in the shift,so xpayah la susah2...ini pun confirmed lambat at 5.30pm tadi..kalo aku tau, baik aku bangun awal skit tadi..most of the shift staff will enjoy working on the last night of the shift..coz we know that morning will be our first off-day..macam2 la mlm tu..rasa fresh la,rejoice la,happy la..nak pulak kalo off-day time weekdays...time ni la nak buat payment, gi bank,gi bayar bill..hehe...
tapi keje shift mlm ni byk disdvantage dia (selain dr plant yg running efficiently due to night ambient temperature-ye ke?haha)..u will feel super sleepy sampai rasa nak hantuk pale kat dinding just to keep ur eyes open..plus with super cold air from the AHU, will make u feel horribly dull..kalo ada tilam n bantal,dah lama aku layan tdo!!!selain dari rasa mengantok tahap gaban, perut kita akan rasa exteremly hungry..the best remedy for this starvation issue is a bowl of hot kari megi n telor ala2 separuh masak..perghhh!!!i usually enjoy it until the last drop of the kuah kari..disadvantage makan megi pukul 2-3 pagi ni is..sakit perut..adoi la...
utk elakkan keadaan miserable on the following nights, i usually practice these tips:
1) get enough sleep - 6-8 hours
2) brkfst before sleeping - not too heavy, not too light, something like nasik lemak refah ke, mee kolok special ke, cereals ke..
3) switch on the air-condition..doesnt matter if hari hujan ke..pasang je..u will feel the glory..haha
4) kalo susah sangat nak tdo, layan muvi sampai sedar2 sebenarnya kita dah tertido dpn tv..
5) kalo dah bgn, terus bukak n listen to lite n easy (kalo kat bintulu ni carik kat astro)..our brain can easily get distress if bangun menggelabah2 ni..
